Becky Spuller, MSW, LSW

Becky believes whole-heartedly that every human deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.  Using a person-centered approach, she meets clients where they are in seeking clarity in their life, identifying and working towards specific goals, or providing a safe space to process trauma.


With extensive experience treating substance use, depression, anxiety and trauma, Becky utilizes a combination of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing to help clients move through whatever challenges bring them to therapy.  Relying on 20+ years of corporate experience,

Becky also aids clients in working through employment and career changes.


Becky has a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University as well as a Master of Social Work from Indiana University and practices with adult clients both in person and via telehealth.  


Becky was trained in EMDR through EMDRIA and is both a Licensed Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor Associate.  As an empty nester, she resides in Fort Wayne with her husband and collection of cats, dogs and a fish named Johnny Cash.
