DIANA LIGHTFOOT, LCSW

Diana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with adults and children to help them overcome obstacles and reach their goals.  She believes that everyone has unique strengths and abilities, and is capable of using their strengths to improve their lives.  She works with her clients to create small wins, building trust through empathy and understanding.  She connects with each individual in a a way that works for them. She lives for those moments of connection and progress, and draws tremendous joy and contentment from them. 

Diana is trained in several models of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Flash Technique.  She holds a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in mental health and addictions from Indiana University.

Diana enjoys spending quality time at home with her two teenage children and rescue dog.  She loves the Fort Wayne community and gives back to it as much as possible outside of work.
