JESSICA HERMAN, LMHCA

Jessica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) who is passionate about providing a trauma-informed approach to healing. She brings a holistic perspective to her work, believing therapy works best when it cares for the whole person.
Jessica’s work emphasizes the mind-body connection, recognizing that emotional experiences are stored and expressed not only in our thoughts, but also in our bodies.
Jessica utilizes many therapeutic approaches in her practice, often drawing from Polyvagal Theory, Peter Levine’s somatic work, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work. Jessica aims to help clients process unresolved trauma, cultivate greater self-compassion, and create lasting change. Jessica also integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) interventions to provide practical skills for navigating emotions and relationships.
At the heart of Jessica’s approach is the belief that clients already hold the wisdom they need within themselves. Jessica offers a safe, supportive space, as well as the therapeutic guidance and tools to help you access that wisdom and create lasting change. No matter where you are on your journey, Jessica is here to walk alongside you as you build resilience, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a more grounded, authentic life.
