Moving to Heal is a specialized technique that offers an enhancement to the therapeutic process. Classes are one hour in length and incorporate soft music and easy-to-follow choreography in a supportive atmosphere of safety and trust. Moving to Heal offers you the opportunity to personalize movement to fit your body’s way while focusing on pleasure, resulting in improved overall feelings of wellness regardless of current physical/mental health condition. Classes are designed to meet the needs of those diagnosed with long-term or chronic illness, trauma recovery, mobility limitations, as well as individuals with short-term personal healing goals for body, mind and emotions. Beginners are welcome and encouraged. Private sessions are available upon request and availability.
