RELATED SERVICES:
Jessica is currently not accepting new clients.
Jessica believes that you are the expert of your life, and she is here to help you decide on the direction of your journey and support you on the path to get there. Jessica utilizes a person-centered approach with focus on family and peer relationships. She works with children, teens, and adults to strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, and safe.
While working from a systems-based approach, she understands the importance of parent/guardian participation throughout the therapeutic process and invites parents/guardians to join in on sessions with children and teens.
Jessica knows that no single approach is right for every individual, and so she uses a range of modalities to meet the individual where they are and move on to a state of healing and self-acceptance.
Jessica earned her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Jessica also serves her community as a board member for the Learn Resource Center in New Haven and is a professor at Purdue University Fort Wayne in the Human Services Department.
